Typically, it's dependent on what's in my pantry.
Welp, I saw oatmeal. And, naturally, adding oatmeal to brownies automatically makes them healthy.
Here's a link to the recipe that I used. I didn't add the Reese's peanut butter cups (they're not currently on clearance at Target).
Moral of the Story: My Grams used to tell me that Pound Cake was healthy. So, I'm tell y'all that oatmeal brownies are healthy.
