Autism 5K

What a glorious day...I arose at the Cville Bed & Breakfast to savor the sunny (no rain or cloud) drive back to Cpep.
5K for Autism

It was 5K time. Now, know one thing about me. I like racing. But, I don't like running 5Ks. I may be very selfish and don't like paying to run one I normally run more than at the gym.  I 'm more of an endurance person so a 5K is too short. I don't dig them. So, normally I volunteer.

But, my awesome Aunt and Uncle said they'd join me. And, we walked it. I think I got more of a workout because they're expert walkers I enjoyed the company. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood around my school. I enjoyed being in Spring. I enjoyed it so much more because they were there and I wasn't running.

Moral of the Story: Sometimes in life it's better to walk not run.
