Camping = Bonding

After practice, varsity headed to God's country for some team bonding.

While a bonding experience happens each season, it's not always camping.

We did it my sophmore year when I was in high school. There is no better way to bond with people than to go to a camp, do some ropes courses, hang out in a lake, and spend the night together...without technology.

That's what we did. The coaches had fun. But, the girls had an even better time which is the way it should be.

Canoeing, low ropes course, ziplining, bonfire, volleyball (coaches vs seniors...coaches won), water trampoline, rocking chairs, beautiful weather, goal setting, great food, and great fellowship led to a great time.

Personally, I love the country. And, adored getting up before the girls and just rocking and staring at a mountain.

Moral of the Story: It's hard to beat watching high school girls from freshmen to seniors bond.
