It's 8:30. This morning feels like a year ago. So Day 1 was this AM.
Linda and I hidded up to Cville with spunk, rain jackets, and our paws-itively best event rousing personalities to the First Annual Bark For Life in Charlottesville.
One thing I love about 'us' if we work in sync and adjust well to circumstances.
Anywho, we had a barking good time as we entertained the participants (dog and human) with various activities, contests, and mission opportunities for the ACS.So Day 2 was this PM.
I'm not sure what you think of natural disasters? But, I've got no problem with the ones that are predicted for. Blizzards and hurricanes you are my friend (as of now).
Thus, I had been prepping for Hurricane Irene for days.
Here's how I prepped.
It basically involved me, an old XL Bark For Life shirt, sweatpants, 2 dogs cuddled up, a bed, a tv, a computer, Pinterest, school work (that's yet to be touched), and a kindle.
Then, it involved fried chicken, mac and cheese, and Ben and Jerry's.
Any questions about how to handle a hurricane? Contact Google, not me.
Moral of the Story: Fight cancer. Don't fight hurricanes.
