A struggling walker...

I am a struggling walker.
In Women's Health...Cville

Confession, I adore walking. Outside. In nature.

Especially when I was at UVA.

I rode the UTS bus only once when it was sunny. And, then never again.

Charlottesville was too beautiful to be on a bus. All the sidewalks were umbrelled by huge trees. And, then all the streets miraculously connected in some ornate spider web.

It was amazing.

Christina and I used to have scheduled 'walk and talks' as if they were a class. We easily would have gotten an A.

I loved the 30 minute walk to the Psych building.

The long shadows on sidewalk.

It was a form of worship to me.

Moral of the Story: Walking does more than good for the body. It does good for the soul.
