Tuesday Tidbits

Here goes...

  • A few of my students write 'Mr. R' on their notes to me.
  • Did you know there are some whales the size of 20 school buses with the heart the size of a small car? That's what one of our guided reading books said. I read it right...trust me.
  • Who's excited form a Homecoming Reunion in Cville complete with residency at the Williams B & B? That's right we are. Some of us got our YAR tics tonight! Woohoo! Or, should I say Wahoo!
  • What makes dogs decide to get up and move around?
  • We are made for giving and sharing.
  • Caramel covered apple lollipops are a delight a practice. Really, we do coach (or play with them like today).
  • Boys, boys, boys. They're something.
  • I've been ruminating on attitude the past 2 weeks. I love this approach. And, I love life because of it. When I practice seeing and experiencing my life though the lens of gratitude and hope, I find life expands in new and unexpected ways.
  • Gosh, clothes pile up.
  • Can y'all smell fall?

Moral of the Story: I just want to sink my teeth into a great, crisp Golden Delish apple.
