Crisp, Fall Saturday Run

Kat and I met at 7 am for a nice long run.

10 miles later we returned. We ran into town and all around and then back.

The air was crisp. The views were beautiful and dappled with fresh sunlight. Dew sweated on the grass. It was glorious.

Plus, we came back to cars where my uncle had left us fresh bottles of water.

We stretched to her Grandma giving us fitness advice.

Only in Cpep.

I don't think I'd ever would have imagined me or us running down the streets of Culpeper.

But, it felt good and right. I'm thankful.

Moral of the Story: Those 10 miles nourished my soul more than any 'thing' could. It was the weather, the company, the sweat that fed my soul.
