Saturday with a capital S

Saturday...

Lately, I feel like my weekdays are a quick moving hazy cycle of gym, school, practice/game, bed, repeat.

Which is great.

But, I do not like a real Saturday. Complete with what do I want to do?

A Saturday that is a break from the cycle.

This Saturday was probably one of the best family fun days in a while.
Kat, me, and Fin-man

Kat and I started off with an 8 mile run.  Followed up with breakfast and chillaxing with Worth who was home. I do love my family.

Then, Momma (believe it), Daddy, Kat & I headed up to the UVA game to meet some friends of mine.

While chilling on the corner we ran into Jenna and Fin-man. Topped off with a text from Log-dog that she'd just seen us.

Some of my closest friends, all within yards of each other.

I ate it up along with atmosphere of a UVA game and fall weather.

The game was fun (although we lost) and Red Lobster afterward was dreamy.

Then, I crashed.

Moral of the Story: This Saturday was heavenly. It may seem like my routine for some. And from routine, comes memories. For we're not as focused on what we're doing, but who we're doing it with.

  1. You got your Momma to not only go to a game, but to wear orange and blue!! Life is good. Go Hoos (even when we lose).
