What High School Athletics Are About...

2 Varsity LAX Games.

JV team on the sidelines cheering them on.

Hot weather.

Parents, friends, and family in the stands.

 What's different?

There are pink painted lines on the field.

There's the smell of roses.

All players, boys and girls, are wearing pink uniforms.

All boys have their left foot wrapped in pink tape.

It's Senior Night for the ladies. A night to remember. Even, after a double OT loss. A rose is given to all.

It's Play For a Cure night for both teams....raising awareness and $ for the fight against cancer through Relay For Life.

Both present life memories.  Both are for a bigger purpose.

Moral of the Story: As the sun set, the crowd cheered.
