The Last Day of School for 2013

I knew it'd be a fun one. And, the day sure was.

It's 4:38. I'm blogging early in case I fall asleep early. I'm on the couch with my feet up. They hurt.

I woke up extra early to get to to the gym early so that I could get to school early. And, then, I didn't stop moving until 4:38.

I was recruiting kids in Daycare by 7:05 to carry the loot. I was microwaving pancakes by 7:15. I was decorating for the finale of Elf on the Shelf by 7:30.

We were eating breakfast by 8:35. And, the fun didn't stop. Here's a few snapshots of the day.

Other highlights include: the Grinch and Santa visiting all the children, a sing-a-long, stuffing stockings with compliments, opening gifts, presentations, and opening stockings. The grand finale was all the teachers waving and singing "Goodbye" as the buses pulled away.

Chip, the Elf, stole the Queen's throne.

Reindeer for Relay for Life

Handmade coasters for teammates.

I hope it snows again.
Moral of the Story: It was wild and wonderful. And, now let the holiday break begin. Momma should be here in 15 minutes.
