When you have days off and you really haven't gone to the grocery store, then you get creative.
I had Light & Fit Greek Yogurt (80 calories). I had blackberries. I had chocolate chips.
I lined a small cookie tray with parchment paper.
Then, I spread 2 containers of the yogurt on opposite sides of the cookie tray.
Next, I placed chopped blackberries in the yogurt on one side, while I placed chocolate chips on the other side.
It froze within an hour.
Bam! I had a healthy snack on a snow day.
Moral of the Story: Sometimes, healthy can be creative and taste good.
