Made in America

On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was penned by Thomas Jefferson.

Today as we celebrate the birthday of the United States, I can't help but think how far we've come and will go.

The weather was absolutely perfect today in the commonwealth.

Red, white, and blue donned the streets and children.

As I observed, all I could think was 'this was all made in America.'

The parades, the car show, the food, the laughter, the fireworks...all traditions made in America.

The Farmer and I went up to Skyline Drive. If you want a different view of your world, then go above it. The new perspective can't help but refresh your soul.

As we drove on rolling mountains, stopped at picturesque vistas, and hiked through tunnel-forming trees, I can't help but be thankful for this life I have...made in America.

Moral of the Story: It's not that easy. It's the land of the free where the brave have fought to protect it. It's the land of the free where hard work perseveres. But, it's absolutely worth being made in America.
