The Essence of Silence

Has it been noisy?

I'm not sure about you, but I have to plan silence.

It is one of my favorite things.

Silence can be worship for me at times.

I seek silence.

I find it in my classroom at 7 AM.

I find it in my car.

And, I find it in the library at UVA.

I find it as I climb under the sheets.

Silence is refreshing. It is comforting. It is clarity.

Moral of the Story: There is an essence to silence for me.
