Easter Sunday

Today was Easter Sunday; it may be my favorite day of the year for many reasons. First, it is the day that my whole faith is based on. The day that I celebrate the resurrection proving Jesus as the Son of God and allowing me to have a new life through the 'living water.'

The weather was beautiful today...mid-70s and not a cloud in the sky. I went to church with Momma while Daddy ushered. Momma Pilot (a teacher on my team at Farmington) and her husband Captain Mike joined us. Afterwards, I went on a great bike ride with Jenna and Mr. Brick. Then, I basked in the shade of a tree while swinging in the hammock while trying to read (let's be honest reading is not my thing). Worth has us all over for dinner which was delicious. It was great to celebrate the first holiday at Worth's new house. To top it all off, there's no school tomorrow!

John 7:37-38

³⁷On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. ³⁸Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."
