Real Simple

Not only is that the name of the magazine where the idea came from, but the craft WAS real simple.

Christina and I gathered the supplies when she came to visit.  Permanent marker (check) + paint samples (taken from walmart) + scissors (check) + yarn ($1.50) = $1.50...cheapest valentines ever...

Make the craft even more fun by using your favorite NASCAR driver's marker

Write personal messages or quotes and you've got yourself a bookmark.
