hot, humid, sweaty, SPF, country on the radio, brilliant sunshine, field hockey 2-a-days, football players, always thirsty, one foot in summer the other approaching fall, late nights, early mornings, beauty, a sizzling excitement for back-to-school.
If I had to name some of my favorite times of the year...the next 2 weeks would be it. I love the feeling of one foot in the past year while looking forward to the new year. The anticipation and hope is building.

Moral of the Story: These are the days that are savored. They're hot. But, these are the memories we cling to when we remember our childhood.
