I absolutely LOVE what I do. It makes my heart sing.
And, I don't take this for granted (ok, I'm sure I slightly do).
Things that made my day rock. It's the little things.
- 6 AM Body Combat: 2 new teachers! One who's young and goes to my church and who I'd slightly love to get to know more. Ok, and be friends. And, her friend who was my AP Bio teacher. Punching air has never been more fun.
- 7:00 AM: Conversation at my car with fellow gymer about whether she should get a mammogram. She's almost 50. My answer: yes!
- 7:30 AM: Practice for the little kiddos. Here's to them for giving up 3 weeks of their summer for 2-a-days.
- 11:00 AM: Using up those Chik-Fil-A coupons. FREE lunch.
- Classroom: woot woot...with visitors...a buzz amongst the school. People sharing and helping. B-E-A-utiful.
- 3 PM: Practice. Picture Day. Thank you God, for patience and understanding that teenage girls really love picture day and it means a lot to them and my mother.
- 5:00 PM: Lightning. I slightly love this time because it allows the girls and coaches to just hang which leads to some great life convos.
- 6:00 PM: Practice ended on a great team effort goal. And cheers. They're getting it. Yes.
- 6:15 PM: Dinner with the Parents. Yes.
- And, the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial revealing is coming. It's about time.
- Another DonorsChoose project fully funded. The support and hope in kids that aren't even known by the donators rocks me.

Moral of the Story: Here's to life. Attack. Or defend. But, be proactive rather than reactive. That's the game plan.
