Another great day

I think I love this time of year. Actually, I'm pretty sure I know I do.

Here's what I loved about today.

1. No alarm.
2. Church with a whole pew packed with friends.
3. Helping at the Thanksgiving Dinner at church which I've been doing since I was a little girl. It's so much fun to serve with family and friends. And, to laugh while doing it. 
4. Downtown Open House with Linda. It was just plain fun to meander and to check out all the stores. Plus, the weather was great. 
5. My parents coming over for dinner. Although, Mom said I was with holding info from my date.
6. Video chatting with true friends all night long. Catching up on the lives we share.
7. Wearing glasses. Not contacts.
8. Clementines are here.
9. The date texted.
10. Knowing that there are only 2 FUN days of school before a vacation. 
11. Knowing that I feel like vacation started on Friday.
12. Candles...pine scented and autumn harvest.

Moral of the Story: Here was my fortune in my cookie tonight.
