Whole New Spin on Secret Santa

I found this in my mailbox in an inter-office envelope which means it 'supposedly' came from another school.

Usually when one does Secret Santa,...

1. They sign up to do it.
2. It starts after Thanksgiving.
3. They figure it out in a day.

None of those things I can say 'yes' to.

Moral of the Story: I'm determined to figure out who this is. You will not stump me.
