I don't miss college. I lived it. Fully. No regrets.
I love my life now.

Just imagine the spontaneous joy of living in the moment for this elephant? |
Friday night I hung out with tons of new people for some fellowship.
Saturday found me and my friend leaving my house at 6:30 to take kiddos shopping with a teacher. Then, it was Grams' birthday lunch celebration, shopping with Momma, more Christmas decorating with Momma, cleaning (I think Momma did more than me), then off to Game Night with some new/middle/old friends.
Sunday was church with friend and family, shopping with the parents, lunch with the parents, making some Snapfish calendars while listening to Elf and Love Actually and knocking out laundry. Momma came over again (she's obsessed with finding the perfect candles for my windows). Then, it was off for family dinner.
Friday at 3:45, the only thing I knew I'd be doing this weekend was the Shop with a Teacher. All the other was spontaneous goodness.
Moral of the Story: In my recent book about amish, the girl my age said that the most joy can be found in spontaneous piddling. After this weekend, I agree.
