A Day to Remember for No Extraordinary Reason

Today was a day to remember.

There was absolutely nothing extraordinary about today.

But, it was oh so good. One that I'll remember.

I did a rise and shine run. The temp on the bank read 69 degrees.

I went to a professional development with a nationally known speaker with friends. And, they didn't make us get up and mix & mingle during it which was oh so nice, because I really liked who and where I was sitting.

I came home answered a few work emails.

I went to visit my Grams with my Momma.

I caught dinner with Daddy at the hospital.

I made a treat HOMEMADE from a recipe that a friend has been encouraging me to make since the beginning of the summer for tomorrow night.

I watched DVR'd Today show to catch up on all things Olympics while I baked.

I watched Banco meander from couch to couch.

I went on a late evening walk with my neighbor.

I'm about to finish a book that I've been reading for a full year. It's one of those you can't read to much at a time books at least that's what I tell myself.

I know that the Olympics start in 24 hours!!!!!

Moral of the Story: The simplest days may lead to be the greatest.
