- I thought this song was overplayed. It hit when I was graduating college at that pivotal time where who wants to admit sentimentality (cool, that actually is a word.)
- My Momma says this is her song for me. So, I guess I always kinda 'scoffed' it off. I mean one time she called me during her planning and put the phone up to her boombox just so I could hear this song. Hence, the scoff.
- I have gotten many musical cards with this song.
This morning, the girls' in Cville's grandma who I see a few times a year at holidays sent me her weekly inspiration. Admittedly, sometimes I delete them before opening. But, I decided to open this one. Here's what she sent me.
I'm happy, I opened it. Today, it struck home. I'm currently watching the Today Show's coverage of Colorado. Had it been yesterday or tomorrow or a different hour, it may not have been.
Moral of the Story: I'm thankful I have a wish. I won't scoff anymore.
