How to Make Mondays Awesome....#3

Celebrate the national day that it is...1/24 is National Peanut Butter Day...Yahoo!!!

I love peanut butter. I love the sound of pealing back the seal. And, I love 'just going for it' and scraping out that last 1/3 spoon full of peanut butter.

My favorite peanut butter is Peter Pan Whipped (yes, I don't give up hope even after recalls).



In order to prep for this day, I had a grilled peanut butter and granny smith apple sandwich last night. Yum!


Moral of the Story: Thank goodness I do not have a peanut allergy! I wouldn't want to miss out on this goodness!

    Corena eats Peter Pan peanut butter on a spoon for dinner when she doesn't like what I've cooked (which is most nights). It's her favorite food in the world.
