I've been wanting to get a skin check since last January.
It all started when I volunteered to help people get a DermaScan last year. It shows possible areas of skin damage.
Then, in May, skin cancer became more of an awareness.
Then, a month ago, on an off Monday I scheduled an appointment.
Thanks to insurance, the $50 and 60 miles was well worth him saying all moles look good.
Although, it wasn't worth him asking if I was swimmer due to my shoulders. He wouldn't have gotten a tip for that.
Needless-to-say, it was very liberating and a breath of fresh air to clear the air about my moles and skin damage.
Moral of the Story: Be proactive.
