Embrace the Little Moments

I think at times I forget about the importance of those little moments.

Dashes on my day.

And, how much they drive and make my life worth living.

  1. A child who hasn't hugged me all year. Gave me a hug out of nowhere.
  2. The principal announcing the conference room feast was now open to ALL teachers. I galloped down the hall, no joke, to hit it up.
  3. Friday afternoon. 70s. Waiting for the girls. And, a fresh Diet Pepsi from my team leader.
  4. 2nd grader brought in her bunnies with no names.
  5. Painting Momma's toes with Portis.
  6. Sharing life with the subs are we scrimmage.
  7. A dog and his new bone.
  8. Making weekend plans.
  9. Talking to T in Cville and declaring there will only be spontaneous plans.
  10. A walk and talk with Kat.
  11. Teaching a new drill at practice with the players reacting that this is fun.
Moral of the Story: Perhaps, it's the little moments that truly make the meaning of life.
