I'm so ready...

Only Kat and I jammed to Phil Vassar's 6-Pack summer during the last leg of the weekend road trip home to Cpep today. The last lyric is Slow and steady, I'm so ready
Uh, oh another six-pack summer.

And, I'm so ready...This weekend marked the end of the 'real school year and the beginning of summer until Labor Day. For the first time, I recognize the importance of 3-day weekends and the word 'summer.'

I went to Cville this weekend before heading to Charlotte with Only Kat and Anne Summer to the NASCAR race. Here are some words to describe it: wild, amazing, Bojangle's x 2, free drinks, VIPs at Whiskey River (Dale JR's bar), saw Sex and the City, dropped some $ at Loft, jamming for hours in Blizzard, late night grub fests, a field/frat/redneck field party/tailgate complete with a trampoline, stripping pole, hot tub, and stereo system, delish garlic artichoke dip that we killed, sun, laughs, riding the bull at Whisky River, a taxi ride with another 3rd grade teacher, Sparkle City, laying/playing at the pool, and an awesome dinner with the family.
