Yup, we all know it was another SOL prep day followed by a running over to EVHS for a pep rally for Relay followed by just now getting home at 10 from marking campsites, zip tying banners, and gatoring people's belongings everywhere (yes, I'm the only girl driver...I honk my horn for kicks).
But, here were the 4 simple things that made me even more happier during my day that are NOT Relay or School related...
#1) Starving at 7:00. Slipping home since Relay is a mile from my house. Dreaming that the leftover pizza from Ciro's was in the fridge. I opened the door...it wasn't there. Darn! But, then I saw it in the crisper! Hot dog!
#2) When, the senior class at EVHS wasn't able to do some of my prep work b/c they were playing game (who blames them?), I called my Momma and she said bring it on home I'll stay up and make sure it's already.
#3) Oh wait, Momma also took a day off of work to do Relay random pick ups for me (and clean Worth's-cough cough), since I had to work.
#4) This is my position right now...
Moral of the Story: At the end of the day, it matters what you have at home.
