Insanity

All good things must come to an end. Whoever created that saying is completely right, but I wouldn't mind giving him/her a tap on the head. (Watch it be Ghandi or Socrates.)

Today marked my 'official' last summer day at the Williams B & B. Rather than being sad, I choose to reflect on the highlights of another summer in Cville. There is never a dull moment here.

1. Jumping around in 'ponds' of sweat as Only Kat and I did the Insanity DVD in the driveway.
2. listening to more 101.9 than country...
3. T's homemade pesto (fine, whatever she cooks/grills)
4. (Psych major/Educator alert)-Seeing how the girls are thriving in all domains...
5. Making a cooking video with G as she made pancakes all by herself (total step up from the past)
6. L and Freddie the turtle
7. Walks with Married Kat
8. Target trips with H-just to browse
9. Kristen's wedding
10. my bed
11. sleepovers
12. Conversations with D
13. 8-9 AM
14. 2 words: Fairview Pool
15. D, L, and G's 4th of July visit to Culpeper to be in the parade/cookout at Only Kats (so it's not in Cville, but it's my blog)

Moral of the Story: What more could you want/need from a summer in Cville? Pool, sun, fun, good food, great conversations, family, friends, trashy tv, shopping, and simply sharing life. I savored it.
