The Sweetness...

of knowing tomorrow is Friday. It makes everything easier. The glimpse of anticipation is present on Thursdays.

Fridays should be the 8th wonder of the world.

I love Fridays. I love waking up to the alarm and knowing I won't have to be up this early until Monday. I love knowing that Fridays are laid-back, fun, assessment/game/review/presentation days...AKA~the kids really drive them not me. Usually, they're jean days with $2 going to Relay For Life. Everyone is happier on Fridays.

Tomorrow, is even more exciting for a few reasons:

• fall weather is coming
• hockey practice gets out earlier
• one of my groups of kids are presenting randomly assigned/create your own project/product on an continent (for example, a girl is making a quilt about Asia)...while they present, we'll be having a Solid/Liquid/Gas party...(handling 2 SOLs at once, who said you couldn't have fun in 3rd grade?)
• there is a football game at EVHS including FAN Fest with moonbounces, food, and music...Friday Night Lights, anyone?
• I get to actually eat dinner with my Momma.
• drumroll, CHRISTINA IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moral of the Story: Hello, Friday! Nice to meet you. Let's be BFFs.
