6:00 AM-I enjoyed a great bike ride with my gal pal, Helen. She was a standout field hockey player so Helen and I just clicked. She was my physical therapist during my high school sport days and my surgeries. She's who my Momma can blame for getting me into triathlons.8:30 AM-I enjoyed breakfast outside in the beautiful weather with the 2 doggies.
9:30 AM-I enjoyed an awesome worship service with a colleague.
11:30-I painted my toes to CMT Insider to get all the scoop on the country stars.
1:00-Only Kat and I head to Nissan Pavillion for WMZQfest. The performers we saw were Eric Church, Little Big Town, Jack Ingram, Jamey Johnson, The Lost Trailors, The Eli Young Band, and Montgomery Gentry.
11:30-I'm climbing into bed.
Moral of the Story: That's what I love about Sundays...
