Why does it seem that during a day filled with so many positives it is the one negative thing that happened that you ruminate on? It takes mental discipline for me to focus on all the awesome moments of the day rather than the lone debbie-downer. But, still I usually fail to let go and recognize the beauty of the day. I am human and definitely a girl.
